About Trang An
A dedicated bridge to international employment
Trang An International Human Resources Development JSC (Trang An IHRD) is licensed by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam to send Vietnamese workers abroad. After more than a decade in the field, we are a trusted bridge between Vietnamese workers and Japanese companies.
Our story
Build trust, step confidently into the future
Trang An was founded with one wish: to create a transparent, kind and sustainable path to Japan for Vietnamese workers. Every student deserves honest advice, proper training and companionship until they return home.
From a small recruitment office, Trang An has grown into a closed ecosystem: local recruitment, Japanese language and vocational training, departure, in-Japan support and post-return job connection.
Every order and every student is followed up by our advisors, teachers and representatives in Japan. This is how Trang An keeps its promise: we do not only send workers to Japan — we stand with them throughout the journey.
