The health check is mandatory before applying to any Japan work order. Only hospitals licensed by the Ministry of Health are accepted.

Candidates should fast for 8 hours and bring ID and the required fee.

Common reasons for rejection: hepatitis B, tuberculosis, color blindness and bone deformities; pre-screen locally first.
